Description: 

Drum 4 Wellness
Instructor:  Don Allen
(Every 3rd Friday of the month)

A facilitated Drum Circle.  It uses the power of group drumming to build community cohesion, empower individual expression and create strong support networks.  There is no experience necessary, absolutely anyone can participate!  Extremely creative and fun.  All instruments are provided. 
If people have their own instruments they are welcome to bring them.
