The Center is geared towards a positive, non-competitive atmosphere and we are interested in all types of classes workshops, seminars and private sessions becoming a part of our schedule. We provide a professional, clean, serene space at reasonable hourly, daily or weekly rates which is highly conducive for deep relaxation and stress reduction.
